John Hazel is a professional instructor, guide, and fly shop owner on the Deschutes River in Oregon.  He is one of the pioneers of spey fishing in the Northwest and has introduced numerous anglers to two-handed rod fishing.  John, with his wife Amy, made this video as a follow-up to “Introduction to Spey Casting” that was reviewed as one of the best ever on the subject.

Techniques for fishing skaters, sub-surface patterns, and wet flies are all part of this instructional.
